“I absolutely love the great outdoors…”

An outdoor lover on a mission to empower women to experience the freedom and euphoria of solo adventuring. I am a member of Central Beacons Mountain Rescue Team, an Ordnance Survey Champion, as well as a hiker, swimmer, wild camper and paddler. Always happiest when outdoors.

Originally from Carmarthenshire, I’ve now been living in Cardiff for over 20 years. I created the “This Girl Walks” website in 2020 in an attempt to get more people enjoying  the great outdoors safely.  

Here you will find routes mainly across South Wales and Bannau Brycheiniog with live routes from Ordnance Survey that you can follow while out and about.
